1. Introduction
Welcome to Lakhor, a taxi booking platform operated by NATTOINT, registered at [Registered Address].
By accessing or using the Lakhor mobile application or website (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Lakhor. By creating an account or booking a ride, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or booking rides independently. Lakhor reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this requirement.
3. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
Lakhor reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at its sole discretion.
4. Location Data & GPS Access
Lakhor collects your device’s location data solely to facilitate your taxi booking experience. Specifically, location access is used to:
- Share your pickup location with your assigned driver so they can navigate to you accurately.
- Calculate the estimated route, distance, and fare for your journey.
- Enable real-time tracking during a trip so your driver can follow the best route.
- Help drivers find the most efficient path to your destination.
Your location is shared with your driver only during an active booking session. It is never sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes.
By using the Platform, you grant Lakhor permission to access your device’s location services. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings; however, doing so may affect the Platform’s core functionality.
5. Booking & Payments
All ride bookings made through the Platform are subject to driver availability. Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surcharges. By confirming a booking, you agree to pay the displayed or final fare.
- Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.
- Receipts are provided digitally via the Platform after each completed trip.
6. User Conduct
When using the Platform or travelling in a Lakhor vehicle, you agree not to:
- Engage in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward drivers or other users.
- Damage any vehicle or property belonging to a driver.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Provide false information regarding your pickup or drop-off location.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform’s software or systems.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.
7. Driver Obligations
Drivers operating on the Lakhor platform must:
- Hold a valid driving licence and all required permits for commercial transport.
- Maintain their vehicle in a safe and roadworthy condition.
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
- Use the location data provided by the Platform solely to complete assigned trips.
- Treat all passengers with courtesy and professionalism.
8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakhor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Lakhor acts as a technology intermediary connecting passengers and drivers and is not responsible for the actions of individual drivers.
Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fare amount paid for the specific trip giving rise to the claim.
10. Modifications to These Terms
Lakhor reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or registered email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Bhutan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhutan.
